It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jake Walker Melton in Lexington, Tennessee, who passed away on June 11, 2023, at the age of 11, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather Glen "Hippie" Melton; and his great-grandparents, Melvin, Edith Melton, K. D., Grapel Austin, Alice and Johnny Weaver.

He is survived by: his parents, Justin Melton and Amanda Weaver Melton; his sister Jordan Kate Melton; his grandparents, Johnny, Hope Weaver III and Kay Melton; his great-grandparent Beverly Brown Sweeney; his aunts and uncles, Jarrett Melton, Jeff Melton, Ginny Melton and Shasta Melton; and his cousins, Kailyn, Kinley, Lexi, Dillion Lee and Madelyn Lee.
