He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland E. Blurton and Velma Leona Trull Blurton; his daughter Robbie Duncan; his sister Dee Morgan; his siblings-in-law, Tom Morgan and Pat Blurton; and his grandmother Mama Trull.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Blurton of Lexington, TN; his children, Shelley Blurton (David) of Jackson, TN, Gary Blurton (Stacy) of Milan, TN, Kelley Ross (Doc) of Colorado, Jason Blurton (Amber) of Clarksville, TN and Carol Plumlee (Scott) of Milan, TN; his brothers, Eugene Blurton (Nancy) of Lexington, TN, William "Bill" Blurton (Dixie) of Jackson, TN and Harold Blurton of Atoka, TN; and his grandchildren, Amanda Cagle (Justin), Savannah Rushing (Randy), Hayley Henderson (Kenton), Breeann Snow (Charles), Logan Blurton (Katie), Jenna Moss (Justin), Cohen Blurton, April Conda and Michael Conda. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
