It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Jowers of Lexington, Tennessee, who passed away on March 11, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmack Jowers and Nova Jowers; and his siblings, Louise Woods, Ilene Williams, James Jowers, Paul Jowers and John D. Jowers.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Lindsey Jowers; his children, Teresa Tulley and Wade Jowers (Gail); his siblings, Maerene Rhodes, Wilbur Eugene Jowers and Charles Henry Jowers; his grandchildren, Joshua Tulley (Jana), Christopher Tulley (Amber), Aaron Jowers and Lindsey Lindsay (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Braylen, Dawson, Holden, Hudson, Nolan, Porter, Gracie and Rebecca Tulley.
