She was predeceased by: her parents, David Justus and Sarah Blankenship Justus Buck; her son Bryan Blankenship Sr.; and her siblings, Tony Justus, Howard Buck Jr., David Justus and Nancy Ann Justus.
She is survived by: her stepfather Howard Buck Sr.; her son David Carroll; her sisters, Carolyn Greene, Barbara Mullins, Martha Sparkman and Sheila Smith; her grandson Bryan Blankenship Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Gordon, David, Annalice, Maxwell and Alexis.
While graveside flowers are most welcome, in lieu of gifts, the family asks that memorial donations be made in Frances' name to the Frances Hensley Animal Shelter at fhhas.org in Lexington, TN.
