He is survived by: his children, Robin Neely (Tara) and Misty Neely Buck (Michael); his siblings, James Neely (Reba) and Janice Bell (late Wayne); his grandchildren, Joshua Buck, Gregory Buck, Ashlan Neely (Dylan), David Buck (Skylar), Aidan Neely and Emmalee Buck; and his great grandchild Winston Buck.
