He is survived by: his wife Martha Dodds Dunivan; his daughters, Tanzy Lee Henson (Pete) and Mitzi Wilson (Bart); his daughter-in-law Janet Dunivan; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Powers (Ashley), Matt Powers, Joseph Henson (Codie), Savannah Azbill (Lucas), Cheyene Dunivan, Beau Horner, Chad Dunivan (Cristina) and Cody Thompson (Whitney). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
