She was predeceased by: her husband Judge Andrew "Tip" Taylor; her siblings, Elizabeth McPeake Coffman, Louise McPeake Walker, Orbin Bell McPeake and Charles Arthur McPeake; and her son Stephen McPeake Milam.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Stephen Milam (Jacy), Jennifer Lankford (Brent) and Bill Milam (Roberta); and her great grandchildren, Story, Shep, Catherine, Clark, Walt and Max.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Pafford Funeral Home - Lexington (71 Monroe St, Lexington, TN 38351). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

“I always think of Arba (& the Milam family) around Christmas time, and I am of course thinking of and missing her this Christmas. I always loved her grits and homemade rolls and sneaking in as much boiled custard as I could get away with. Even into adulthood, Christmas time is when I would catch up with Arba by phone. I will miss that this year. My dad also asked to share some photos that hopefully went through. Thinking of you all.”
