Wilma Taylor Gattis Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2025, at the age of 82, Wilma Taylor Gattis of Lewisburg, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hershel Taylor and Violet Kail Taylor; her husband Doyle Keith Gattis; her sister Nelda Langham; and her brothers-in-law, Johnny and Rusty Gattis.

She is survived by: her children, Cathy Gattis Recker (Robert O'Malley) and Hershel Gattis (Woon Jae); her siblings, Troy Taylor, Randy Taylor and Joyce Smith; her grandchildren, Gena Gattis (Chad Cooper), Jake Staggs, Brianna Crick (James) and Ashley Gattis; her great grandchildren, Cruz Cooper, Hartley Cooper, Lyric Crick, Lily Dominguez and Jacob Greenway; her sisters-in-law, Neva Thorpe (Cliff), Judy Martin (Ron), Rita Moore and Carolyn Osborne; and her close friend Susan Pugh. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
