He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Ramsey and Marie Wilson Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Wilson Ramsey; his son Timothy B. Ramsey (Debbie Bowden) of Knoxville; and his siblings, Samuel Ramsey of Tuscumbia and Phyllis Holmes of Callahan, Florida..
