He was predeceased by: his grandfather Kevin Bills; his great-grandparents, Bill, Mary Hogue and Billy Pope; his uncle Barry Pope; and his stepbrother Tyler Robinson.

He is survived by: his parents, Wesley Neece (Mary Beth) and Amy Newell (Joshua Dodson); his children, Sophia and Kamden Newell; his siblings, Weston Neece, Hunter Mitchell, Jaxon Robinson, Nellie Neece, Jocelyn Robinson, Faith and Grace Newell; his grandparents, Larry Newell, Theresa Newell and Tonga Pope Dalton; and his great-grandparent Edith Pope. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
