She was predeceased by: her mother Sue; and her brother Joe Jones (Vadis). She is survived by: her children, Tammy Sue Goad (Chuck) of Bowling Green, KY and Joseph Michael Oliver (Sherri) of Pell City, AL; her grandsons, Philip Leszczewicz Jr. (Diana), Jason Leszczewicz and J. D. Oliver; her great grandchildren, C. J. and Trey; and her siblings, Bill Jones (Dianne) of Franklin, TN and Bell Smits (Art) of Lewisburg, TN.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Alzheimer's Association.
