She is survived by: her mother Betty Long; her children, Nakia Crutcher of Columbia, TN, Derrick Crutcher (Tamara) of Murfreesboro, TN and Shannica Frierson of Nashville, TN; her godchildren, Janiece Cathey of Columbia, TN and Justin Cathey of Hawaii; and her siblings, Francine Crutcher (Tim) of Lewisburg, TN, Clark Crutcher of Lewisburg, TN, Lolita Kelso (Ivan) of Murfreesboro and Brian Davidson of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, and nephews.
