It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Lee Owen of Lewisburg, Tennessee, born in Batavia, New York, who passed away on July 27, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Laverne Barber and Kathleen Barber; her husband Victor Owen; her sons, Christopher Barber and Andrew Edwards; her granddaughters, Annastasia Lee Jackson and Kaylani Elaine Barber; and her siblings, Tina Barber and James Barber.
