He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome McKinley Reed and Mary Elizabeth Crafton Reed; his daughter Donna Susan Seabury; and his siblings, Agnes Marlin, Jenny Reed, Annie Elizabeth Polk and James Augusta Reed.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Reed; and his sons, Robert M. Reed, Jr., Eagleville and Timothy A. Reed (Robbie) of Lewisburg, TN. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
