She was predeceased by: her parents, John Leonard Blackwell and Robbie Mai Cozart Blackwell; her husband Leo; her daughter Leola Mai Hulshof; and her siblings, Virginia Sanders, Judy Blackwell, Laura Mai Blackwell and Charlie Blackwell.
She is survived by: her children, Robbie Mai McNeese (Chris), Kathy Lynch, Laura Malone (Leonard) and Donnie Hulshof (Terri); and her siblings, Dennis Blackwell, Les Blackwell, Sadie Hobbs, Carol Smith, Patricia Malave, Julene Reese and Debbie Linley.
