He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Evanko and Dorris Evanko. He is survived by: his birth father Norman Thomas Sturk; his brothers-in-law, Tom Harding, Norman, Belize and Chan Cheech; his wife Pam Smith Evanko; his stepchildren, Missie Warner Haislip (Jeff) and Dr. Howard S. Warner III (Alisa); his sister Josie Harding (Tom) of Arizona; his grandchildren, Mallory Maddox (Bradley) of Lewisburg, Kathryn Lintz (Jake) of Lewisburg, Trey Warner of Lewisburg and Stuart Warner of Auburn, Alabama; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie of Lewisburg, Slayton Maddox of Lewisburg and Camden Lintz of Lewisburg; his nephews, Jason and Corey Harding of Texas; his great-niece Morgan; and his nephew Cayden Harding.
