She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean MickLer and JoAnn MickLer; and her brothers, Joe Phillips and Jay MickLer. She is survived by: her husband Arthur L Smith; and her children, Arthur L Smith II of Winchester, TN, Robert L Smith of Tullahoma, TN and Deadra L Markel of Edwardsburg, MI. She is also survived by 52 foster children; 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
