She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Lowe and Sallie Hightower Lowe; her husband J. R. Clift; her former husband Robert W Talley (Bob); her sons, Jerald C Talley and David W Talley; and her daughters-in-law, Montez Stapp Talley (David) and Joyce Talley Fowler (Jerry).
She is survived by: her daughters, Jan Talley of Lewisburg and Patricia Talley Gordon (Jerry); and her grandchildren, Rob Talley, Rich Talley, Reene Talley Cook, Jeff Talley, Jennifer Talley Hart, Davy Talley, Kerri Talley and Tiffany Talley Gordon MacMillan. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
