He was predeceased by: his parents, Sullivan Clifton and Nettie Pearl Gowan Clifton; and his brothers-in-law, Wayne Lovell, Jimmy Sanders and Roy Desha.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Boring Clifton; his children, Dereck Clifton (Michael Robert Clifton) of Panama City, FL and Maryann Marie Clifton of Lewisburg, TN; his sister Peggy Clifton Lovell of Columbia, TN; his nephews, Timmy Lovell (Gloria) and Terry Lovell; his great-nephew Brandon Lovell; and his great-nieces, Ashley and Kimberly Lovell.
Memorials may be made in Larry Don's memory to the Mooresville Methodist Church in care of Genie Sanders, 1026 Gupton Road Culleoka, Tennessee 38451.
