She is survived by: her children, Kim Cashion of Belfast, Tammy Rhiner of Lewisburg, Kenneth Miller (Joy) of Lewisburg and Kevin Miller (Sheila) of Lewisburg; her stepson Kevin Cozart (Victoria) of Sparks, NV; and her sisters, Paula Lee of Columbus, OH and Bonnie Pack of Piketon, OH.
