With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine Connelly (Lewisburg, Tennessee), who passed away on October 14, 2021 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John T. Yokely and Lucille Nelson Yokely; her husband Oliver M. Connelly, Jr.; her children, Tom Connelly (Lynne) of Cornersville, TN, Jane C. Taylor of Athens, AL, Sharon Connelly of Cornersville, TN and Gayle C. Gower (Tom) of Athens, AL.; her siblings, John T Yokely of Lynnville, TN and Jean Erwin (Bill) of Murfreesboro, TN; and her sister-in-law Mary Jane Connelly of Fayetteville, TN..

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Cornersville United Methodist Church, c/o Barbara Capps, 202 Lynnville Road, Cornersville, TN 37047 or to St Jude's Children Hospital, P.O. Box 50 Memphis, TN 37047.
