He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie O'Neal and Margaret Smith O'Neal; and his brothers, Billy O'Neal, Leroy O'Neal, Charles O'Neal and James Smith O'Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanetta Stewart O'Neal; and his children, Julie O'Neal of Lewisburg and Robin Baldwin (Cheryl) of Pulaski.
