He is survived by: his mother Joyce Phipps of Lewisburg; his wife Sandra; his children, Deanna Smith (Brad) of Summertown and Scott Phipps of Lewisburg; his sister Gina Johnson (Bob) of Cornersville; and his granddaughter Ada Clara Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
