She was predeceased by: her parents, John Steele and Opal Aleson Steele McCumber; her son George Steele; and her sisters, Betty Steele and Judith Steele McCumber.
She is survived by: her husband Herbert F. Hafner Sr.; her children, Leslie Stevenson (Hafner), Wendy Wakefield and Herbert F. Hafner Jr. As; her grandchildren, Nicole Aker (Nate), Lindsey Steele, Brad Hafner (Amie), Jessica McAlear (Dan), Xavier Chitwood and Keagan Stevenson; her great grandchildren, Christopher, Callie Aker, Lincoln, Leo, Isabella Hafner, Parker and Forrest McAlear; and her siblings, Eldon Steele, John Steele, Richard Steele, Dale McCumber, Linda Lehrke, Sharleen Timm, Pamela Oyer and Nancy Weigel. She is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
