He was predeceased by: his father Robert Fredrick Rupp; his wife Bonnie Rupp; and his brothers, Gary, Alan and Bruce Rupp.
He is survived by: his mother Clara Elizabeth Moore Rupp; and his siblings, Lee, Chris Rupp and Regina Thompson. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
