He was predeceased by: his father James Hugh; and his siblings, Elaine Bills and A. V. Looney. He is survived by: his mother Madelle Welch Looney; his wife Linda Wiser Looney; his children, Angela White (Billy Joe) and Glenn Looney (Cheryl); his brothers, Hubreen Looney (Jean) of Marshall County and Jerry Looney (Judy) of Marshall County; and his grandchildren, Lenzie Lashwood, Adria Pope (Brent) and Houston Looney.
