He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Walcher and Ann Haider Walcher; and his wife Sarah Ratcliffe (Sally). He is survived by: his children, Rosanna Davis (William), Elizabeth Berry (Chad), Randy Hobby (Cheryl), Stephen Walcher, Ronald Walcher and Michael Walcher; and his sister Mary Jane. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
