She was predeceased by: her parents, George Elmer Childress and Edith Dunn Childress; and her siblings, Marion Childress, Paul Childress, John Childress, David Childress and Jeanie Childress.
She is survived by: her children, Wesley Maynard of Lewisburg, David Maynard of Lewisburg, Stephen Maynard of Lewisburg, Stephanie Tillman (Tyler) of Fayetteville and Rachel Maynard of Pulaski; her granddaughter Eliza Tillman; and her brother George Childress (Anna) of Lewisburg.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to NHC Life Enrichment at NHC Lewisburg.
