With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Claude Edward Morton of Lewisburg, Tennessee, who passed away on March 20, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Morton and Fannie McKelvey Morton; his son Tony Morton; and his sisters, Sarah Brown and Edna Luna.
He is survived by: his wife Melba Wise Morton; his daughters, Donna Spencer, Darlene Spencer, Diane Morton and Julie Maddox; and his siblings, Carl Morton Jr. and Carlene Cheeves. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
