Charles Hazlett Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Hazlett of Lewisburg, Tennessee, who passed away on November 25, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cecil and Mary Ellen Hazlett; and his brother Mike Hazlett. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his sons, Dustin (Amanda) of Tullahoma, TN and Eric (Claire) of Memphis, TN; his grandchildren, Sawyer, Harrison and Charlotte; and also, Denise Favors and David Hazlett.
