He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Howard Harwell, Sr. and Susie Ruth Brasheers Harwell. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Green Harwell; his children, Cecil Howard Harwell, III (Tammy) of Murfreesboro, Derek Harwell (Lauren) of Lewisburg and Shelly Hurt (Kevin) of Lewisburg; and his sisters, Lois Aymett of Pulaski and Ann Callis of Spring Hill. He is also survived by six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
