He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Shrum and Mamie Adams Shrum; and his son Chase Shrum. He is survived by: his son Scott Shrum (Cathey) of Cornersville; his siblings, Gayle Wachner of Shelbyville, Joanne Ireson of Michigan, Terry Shrum of Lewisburg and Ray Shrum of Lewisburg; and his grandchildren, Taylor Adams, Mckinley Shrum, Chance Shrum and Carly Shrum.
