She was predeceased by: her parent Patsy Sharp Whaley; her son Cody Carlton; her grandfather Roy Campbell; and her father-in-law Marvin Carlton. She is survived by: her husband Bubba Carlton; her sons, Joshua Carlton, Matthew Carlton (Brianna) and Stephen Carlton; her father Milton Whaley; and her siblings, Tammy Crosslin (Charlie), Elizabeth Morris (Jeff), Brian Whaley (Amanda), Debbie Wright and Tanya Mertens.
