She was predeceased by: her parents, William Terry Blackwell and Rose Bud Wilder Blackwell; and her sister Donna Blackwell Sheldon. She is survived by: her brother Randy Blackwell of Bristol, TN; her close friend Dennis Hunter of Lewisburg, TN; and her uncle Tommy Martin of Chapel Hill, TN. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
