He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Haislip and Nannie Bell Haislip; and his wife Jewel. He is survived by: his brothers, Harold, G. C. and James Haislip; his sons, Lamarr Haislip of Lewisburg Tn and Mike Haislip (Cynthia) of Mooresville; his brother Wayne Haislip (Glenara) of Fayetteville; and his grandchildren, Chris Haislip (Janae), Jason Haislip (Mary Dariel), Nathan Haislip (Erica) and Tracie Foster (Justin). He is also survived by 6 great grand children.
