She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Perry and Nathalee Clayton Perry. She is survived by: her husband Dwayne James of Leoma; her sons, Dawson James of Leoma and Grant James; and her sister Tina Perry Clifft (Brian). She is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.

Family suggests memorials be made to the American Lung Association, One Vantage Way, Suite C120, Nashville, TN 37228.
