He is survived by: his wife Mary Shedd; his children, Tommy Cotton Jr., Leah Laws (Kevin) and Ashley Cotton (Brady Bivens); and his sisters, Peggy and Karen Cox. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren 2 Great Grandchildren.
