He was predeceased by: his parents, James Raymond Long, Sr. and Hazel Newton Long; and also James Raymond Long, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Maxine Long of Leoma, TN; his daughter Jacqueline "Jacqui" Diana Boettcher (Joe) of Hendersonville, TN; his granddaughter Elsa Yvonne Boettcher of Hendersonville, TN; and his niece Angela G. Long Russell.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Neal Funeral Home (231 N Military Ave, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Lawrence County Memorial Gardens (2951 US-43, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464).
