He is survived by: his wife Wanda Davis of Leoma, TN; his parents, Wesley Lane and Ruth Lane of Kingsport, TN; his children, Melia McLain (Brandon) of Westpoint, TN and Chase Davis of Leoma, TN; his brother Jeff Davis of Knoxville, TN; his half-sister Pam Gentry of Kingsport, TN; his grandchildren, Lindsay Toon (Austin) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Karlee McLain of Westpoint, TN and Jess McLain of Westpoint, TN; and his great grandchild Mac Toon of Lawrenceburg, TN.

The family suggests memorials be made to the Mark Fields Scholarship Fund.
