She is survived by: her children, Pam Spears of Leoma, TN, Gene Spears of Franklin, TN and Randy Spears of Leoma, TN; her siblings, Peggy Green of Lawrenceburg, TN, Polly Gray (Lisa Justus) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Bobbie Underwood of Lawrenceburg, TN, William Green of Lebanon, TN and Mike Green of Mt. Juliet, TN; and her grandchildren, Cristy Kearns of Lexington, KY, Michelle Ferragina of Alexandria, AL, Justin Spears of Nolensville, TN and Ryan Spears of Loretto, TN. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
