He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Frost and Martha Dempsey Frost; and his sister Elizabeth Ann Dollar. He is survived by: his wife Judy Taylor Frost; his children, Timothy Shane Frost, Joshua Edward Frost, David Michael Frost, Christopher Andrew Frost, Harris Lee Frost, Robert Edward Frost Jr., Mary Ann Frost and Gina Williams; and his siblings, Harold Wade Frost, John Wayne Frost and Sonja Neil Harris. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren.
