He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond L. Hines and Lela Eleanor Whitwell Hines; his sister Debbie Keltner; and his brother-in-law Leroy Martin. He is survived by: his wife Tresa Smith Hines; his daughters, Destine Ragsdale (Tommy) of Lewisburg and Tonya Holt (Jonathan) of Leoma; his siblings, Jimmy Hines (Sara) of Mt. Pleasant and Shelia Martin of Fairview; his brother-in-law Larry Keltner of Hohenwald; and his grandchildren, Riley Ragsdale, Tristin Ragsdale, Bryson Ragsdale and Lorelai Holt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
