He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Smith (Butch) and Glenda Huntley Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Keith Smith (Tonya) of Columbia, TN, Stephanie Smith of Leoma, TN and Mary Smith of Leoma, TN; and his nieces and nephews, Ryleigh and Elijah Smith. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
