With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Alexander Dryden of Leoma, Tennessee, born in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, who passed away on May 16, 2022 at the age of 71. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Alexander Dryden to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lovie Stewart Dryden of Tennessee and Thomas Alexander Dryden; his brother-in-law Larry Killen; and his wife Marian Fleming Dryden (Fleming). He is survived by: his children, Heather Dryden Belew (Sean), Holley Jane Dryden, Hope Layne Coffman (Michael), Brett Allen McDavid and Laura Elizabeth Galloway (McDavid); his grandchildren, Ryleigh Belew, Blakeley Sills, John Pierce Sills, Haylee Coffman, Colton Coffman, Kendall Galloway and Bennett Galloway; and his siblings, Jimmy Dryden (Freda), June Killen, Jane Dickson (David), Jerry Dryden (Linda) and Joel Dryden (Teresa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Memorial Scholarship Foundation or Honduras Missions.
