He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Gray and Lena McDonald Gray Troup; and his siblings, Helen Shaw, Hershel Gray, Rayford Gray, Grayford Gray, Frank Gray, Doris Ann Gray and Satch Gray.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lois Gray of Leoma, TN; his daughters, Carrie Clark (Brad) of Tecumseh, MI, Catherine Pate of Leoma, TN and Cynthia Maynard of Clinton, MI; his grandchildren, Jennifer Merriman, Patricia Bendele, Cameron Clark (Samantha), Grant Clark (Allison), Ann Rose (Brian), Ashley Thompson (Daniel), Christopher Pate, Lucian Gray Maynard (Natasha) and Savanna Gray Maynard (Dave); and his sister Joyce Cleveland of Calhoun, LA.. He is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
The family suggests memorials be made to Shriners Children's Hospital or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
