He was predeceased by: his grandmother Marie Kelley. He is survived by: his parents, Randy Kelley and Regina Kelley; his uncle Terry Kelley; his brothers, Jarrod Kelley (Misty) and Josh Kelley; his nephews, Justin, Ethan and Hudson Kelley; his niece Sophia Kelley; and his grandparents, Kenneth Kelley, Bonnie Lumpkins and Sam Appleton (Rita). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
