He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his daughters, Peggy Hine (David) and Terrie Cozart (Keith); his adoptive son Michael; his siblings, Roy Leo and Linda Hayes Lawrenceburg; and his grandchildren, Heather Richardson, Brittney Jennings, Kaleb Cozart, Bryan Davis, Emily Stewart, Hannah Newton, Abby Kress, Clayton Schultz and Sarah Beddingfield. He is also survived by 20 Great Grandchildren.
