He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan Shadrick and Lillie O'Kelley Shadrick; his wife Virginia Forrest Shadrick; and his son Mark Shadrick. He is survived by: his sons, David Shadrick of Trion, GA and Leslie Shadrick (Freda Skates) of Leoma, TN; his daughter-in-law Karen West of Carrollton, GA; his siblings, Ronnie Shadrick (Patsy) of Rock Spring, GA and Willa Dean Butler of LaFayette, GA; and his grandchildren, Joshua Shadrick (Michelle), Jacob Shadrick (Miranda) of Elgin Crossroads, AL, Caleb Shadrick (Megan) of Leoma, TN and Kyle Shadrick of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
