He is survived by: his wife Kay Beard Clark of Leoma, TN; his children, Dawn Clark of Lawrenceburg, TN, Dan Clark (Jennifer) of Oviedo, FL and Shaen Clark (Casey) of Lawrenceburg, TN; his brother Alton "Buddy" Clark, Jr. (Kathie) of Birmingham, AL; his grandchildren, Brent, Caroline, Ann-Elise, Taylor, Emmy, Drake, Cody and Aidan; his nephew Chris Clark (Amber) of Birmingham, AL; his nieces, Patsy Coker (Eddie) of Huntsville, AL, Mary Nell Cole of New Hope, AL and Beth Clark of Huntsville, AL; and his siblings-in-law, Rex and June Underwood of Lawrenceburg, TN..
