She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Garretson and Mamie Murrill Garretson; her husband Bruce Lavon Sandlin; and her siblings, Theresa Odom, Louie Garretson, Paul Garretson, Jimmy Garretson and Royse Garretson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Chance (Tim) of Muscle Shoals, AL and Kim Magee (David) of Lawrenceburg, TN; her grandchildren, Matt Mangrum, Colston Magee, Hutton Magee and Ethan Magee; and her brother Jerry Garretson (Cathy). She is also survived by several in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made to A Kid's Place / A Child Advocacy Center.
